The controller maintains vacuum for CNC work-holding fixtures. The display head always shows the current vacuum level. The display head also allows the upper and lower set-points to be adjusted which are then stored in non-volatile memory.
This smart vacuum pump controller also allows low vacuum alarms to be generated using an extra relay output. The alarm trigger point can be adjusted which values also stored in non-volatile memory.
Lastly, the controller also records the total number times the vacuum pump has been cycled on. This count (kinda like a pump odometer) can be displayed on the LCD screen. The count can also be reset at anytime.
Both the display head and relay box both have magnets on their bottom surfaces. This allows both units to be temporarily attached to any metal surface on your machine.
